The Chief Equity of Kogi State Tall Court, Nasiru Ajanah on Monday suspended hearing on the safeguard application of Congressperson Dino Melaye.
Ajanah deferred the hearing till Thursday, May 10.
The judge clarified that the safeguard application was deferred due to disappointment of the attorneys of the Police and Melaye to record their sworn statement with respects to the matter.
Melaye, who is as of now on confirmation at the National Clinic in Abuja was remanded in police guardianship by the same court over affirmed illegal ownership of arms nearby two others in Kogi State.
